Corporate Sound brings a sensory pause into a corporate gathering. Breath, meditation, aromas, singing bowls and gong create a shared journey beyond the day's agenda. I design and guide a considered experience, attentive to the group and the setting.

Design & Facilitation
I design the journey and guide the group, adapting language and pace to the intention of the corporate gathering.
Grounding & Breath
An opening practice of bodily awareness and breath invites guests to notice the setting and enter the experience.
Guided Meditation
I guide a meditation with simple invitations, allowing space for listening and the individual experience of each participant.
Aromatherapy
